As far as I can glean, society seems to want an archetypal strong male, but without the testosterone. Which doesn’t really work. There’s just this really weird concept of what a man ‘is’ - but it’s completely amorphous. This is why a plethora of blokes in the world today either mistake being a man for being a prick, or think ‘being a man’ goes as far as lifting weights, and being loud.
